Day two in the country - wild hike through the wilderness, as wild as it can get in the countryside walking along the Thames. I used to oppose being in nature just to be bratty. Picking the opposite of everything Jash is into has been a hobby of mine for quite some time. Once a year he would go hiking with his dad and I would refuse to look at the photographs just because.
Now that I'm more mature (ha!) I have been giving in to many more things - nice hotels, nice meals, even nice nature walks. Along the way we spotted stately homes that look as though they graced the pages of Architectural Digest at one point in time. It was a nice walk from Hurley to ALMOST Henley... it was just a bit too far. A quick breather at The Flower Pot Pub & Hotel and then we turned around.
Anyway, enjoy all the nature shots, the flowers, the rock fences, the river because I SURE DID!
