The kind folks at West 49 asked me to style a back-to-school look with their clothes and this is the outcome. Since retiring my skateboard in high school, I haven't been to West 49 in a number of years. To my delight, they have since expanded the girls section ten fold. While I did momentarily consider investing in ANOTHER oversized plaid flannel shirt
in the men's section, the overwhelming choices in the ladies section drew me in.
My wonderful sales associate, Austin (West 49, Kingsway location) helped me decided on black Element skinny jeans and an Element crocheted tank. I paired those with cream beatle boots, a 60s tapestry purse, a vintage silk shirt, and a gold metal layered necklace from Goodwill.
