Sidewalks littered in fallen yellow leaves is a sight that I welcome every year. My parents neighbourhood is ripe with mature trees and never disappoints when autumn arrives. Thanksgiving weekend I took advantage of this fleeting phenomena and crunched my fair share of leaves while snapping a few blog photos.
Lately, I've been gravitating towards purple shades of lipstick and green nail polishes, in fact, let's talk about how this is the first time in years I've even begun to get excited about nail polish. Something about it always struck me as a daunting task and now in my seemingly rushed life, setting aside time to apply nail polish seems like a luxury and a practice in appreciating solitude. This particular lipstick is Matte Plum
from Clinique which I find is between my MAC Heroine
and NARS Train Bleu
and is very versatile.
