This past weekend I experience the holy grail that is The Burger's Priest. They have officially opened up shop in Edmonton (109th and Jasper Ave) after blowing up all over Ontario. I had the pleasure of dining at their Queen Street location a couple of years ago but never suspected they would make the move out west. Needless to say, I'm beyond elated - an excellent burger is hard to come by and BP is nailing it! I went buck wild and ordered the Vatican City burger - two cheeseburgers sandwiched between two grilled cheese buns. It was EPIC. It turns out I really love cheese. No regrets.
After being satiated at their media event, I floated out on a cloud of cheese and french fries over to a patio to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. Sandals in March? Unheard of around these parts. Hopefully it continues I could get used to light jackets and no socks.
